“Joe” and his guys and gals run a small IT shop and asked us to reimagine their sales process. They know they are geeks, but precisely because of that, they wanted to be cool. Well, we thought that was ridiculous. Why be cool when one can embrace their own true nature. Turns out, Joe and his employees are a pretty tight knit group proud of their families, communities, and work on behalf of their clients. We decided to run an old school values campaign – turning the IT field staff who visit local businesses anyhow, into a mobile food drive collection staff. 2 ½ years later, they are still growing their business using only community focused, with philanthropic drive, campaigns. Our team has been part of the core event team producing several Kellogg Innovation Network events annually, including the post-memorial day KIN Global Summit 2016 featuring keynote speaker President Vicente Fox of Mexico (yeah, the guy who told President Elect Trump (before he was president) to f – off.) Our team can tell you that on a personal level, both President Fox and his wife are lovely people who deal well in the face of adversity (like lost luggage and flight delays…)
